The Opportunity:
Techforce urgently require 2 experienced Training Advisor responsible for;

• Training Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and deliver both classroom and on-the-job training sessions for Road Train Operators, ensuring alignment with Rio Tinto’s safety protocols and operational standards.
• Competency Assessment: Conduct practical assessments to evaluate operator skills and competencies, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
• Training Documentation: Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, assessment outcomes, and certification statuses, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Safety Leadership: Promote a culture of safety by integrating safety management principles into all training activities and ensuring operators adhere to safety standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify training gaps and areas for improvement, collaborating with site leadership to update training materials and methodologies as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Rio Tinto’s training and operations teams to ensure training programs meet site-specific needs and regulatory standards

• Cert IV in Training and Assessment
• Cert IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training
• Cert IV in Work Health and Safety Frontline Management Cert
• MS Office Suite
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Effective communication
• Passion for Safety Management
• Clean NPC is a MUST
• "C"  Class WA Drivers License
• 5+ years experience within Mining Industry
• Proven delivery of on the job training to small and large groups in both workplace and classroom setting.
• MUST  be Rio Tinto Inducted
