Techforce Personnel is looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to support our busy blue-collar recruitment team in Perth. You’ll be helping us find, screen, and coordinate skilled workers for roles across construction, mining, shutdowns, and industrial services, both metro and FIFO.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into recruitment or build on their existing admin or HR experience. Full training and support provided!


What You’ll Be Doing:

• Phone screening and interviewing candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles
• Uploading and maintaining candidate records, tickets, and compliance documents in our database
• Assisting with mobilisation of candidates to site (e.g., booking medicals, flights, and inductions)
• Advertising roles, monitoring applications, and shortlisting quality candidates
• Supporting the recruitment team with general admin tasks and compliance follow-ups
• Helping coordinate rosters, availability, and urgent backfills
• Communicating with candidates via phone, SMS and email

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
• Confident communication skills – you’ll be on the phone a lot!
• Previous experience in admin, HR, rostering, or customer service is a bonus
• Familiarity with blue-collar industries like construction, labour hire, or resources (preferred but not essential)
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
