The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking experienced HD Fitters to join ongoing mining operations across multiple WA sites including Agnew, Higginsville, and Davyhurst.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to work on haulage fleets and road trains using top-tier equipment, with both field service and workshop-based opportunities available.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with:
- Maintenance on road trains (Kenworth, Mack, Volvo)
- Working across civil and mining mobile plant equipment
- Call-outs and breakdown response
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Performing preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Proven experience as an HD Fitter on haulage or mobile plant
- Ability to work on heavy diesel equipment and road trains
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in both field service and workshop environments
- Relevant trade qualifications
- $70–$85 per hour(depending on site and experience)
- FIFO from Perth with flights provided
- 2:1 roster currently available
- Work on new gear and modern, top-of-the-line equipment
- Exposure to mobile plant operations (ideal if you hold HR licence)
- Ongoing opportunities with a large, well-established contractor
