WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Have remote-site or high-volume kitchen experience
- Work confidently as part of a team
- Meet strict HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards
- Can cater to dietary requirements and guest expectations
TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU'LL NEED:
✔️ Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
✔️ National Police Check within the last 6 months [or willing to obtain]
✔️ Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
✔️ Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
✔️ Available for 2:1 roster.
✔️ Perth-based preferred.
