This is a hands-on Project Manager role responsible for delivering installation-driven projects that directly impact patient care and operational efficiency.
You’ll take full ownership of multiple projects, working closely with site teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
The Role
You will be accountable for end-to-end project delivery across active healthcare environments.
You will:
- Manage 3–6 concurrent projects across installation and technology integration
- Own budget, cost control and commercial performance
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and delivery partners
- Drive planning, scheduling and execution across multiple workstreams
- Manage risk, scope changes and stakeholder expectations
- Ensure delivery aligns with quality, safety and governance standards
Projects typically involve the delivery and integration of:
- Nurse call and clinical communication systems
- CCTV, access control and security solutions
- AV, communications and networked technologies
- Infrastructure within live hospital and healthcare environments
You bring a strong understanding of delivering installation-based projects and are comfortable operating across both site and stakeholder environments.
You’ll have:
- Experience managing installation or infrastructure projects end-to-end
- Strong capability in coordinating contractors and multiple trades
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident stakeholder management across clients, facilities and internal teams
- Solid commercial awareness including budgets, variations and timelines
- Work on meaningful projects that support patient care and hospital operations
- Strong pipeline of work across healthcare environments
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Collaborative delivery environment with experienced technical teams
