You will coordinate and oversee minor works projects from planning through to completion. The role sits within the service delivery function and focuses on upgrades, variations, small installations, and improvement works across healthcare sites.
This is a highly coordinated role where communication, organisation, and commercial awareness are key.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project schedules, resources, and delivery timelines
- Coordinating subcontractors, technicians, and internal stakeholders
- Preparing quotations, costings, and scope documentation
- Monitoring project progress, risks, and customer expectations
- Supporting testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
We are open to candidates coming from:
- Minor works delivery
- Service delivery coordination
- Project coordination
- AV, communications, security, electrical, or healthcare technology environments
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects or service works
- Strong stakeholder and customer communication skills
- Commercial awareness around scopes, variations, and quoting
- Ability to work across fast-paced operational environments
