- Location based in WA (FIFO + interstate options available)
- Roster: 2:2
- Competitive pay:
- Permanent: Up to $220k + Super
- FIFO flights covered from major cities

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead underground crews including drillers, operators, and service teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations to meet production targets
- Leading pre-starts, crew coordination, and shift activities
- Maintaining safety standards, inspections, and incident management
- Training, mentoring, and assessing team members
- Collaborating with engineers and senior stakeholders
- Completing accurate reporting and documentation
- WA: A current WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency (or a directly transferable Practising Certificate).
- Proven experience supervising underground hard rock operations
- Strong focus on safety, leadership, and crew development
- Equipment operation experience (advantageous)
