We have immediate vacancies across WA & SA, catering to both local candidates and interstate candidates.
  • Locations across WA & SA(FIFO + interstate options available)
  • Flexible rosters:  8:6, 7:7, 2:2
  • Competitive pay:
    • Contract: $100–$120/hr + Super
    • Permanent: Up to $230k + Super 
  • FIFO flights covered from major cities
  • Temp-to-perm or permanent opportunities
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead underground crews including drillers, operators, and service teams. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing daily operations to meet production targets
  • Leading pre-starts, crew coordination, and shift activities
  • Maintaining safety standards, inspections, and incident management
  • Training, mentoring, and assessing team members
  • Collaborating with engineers and senior stakeholders
  • Completing accurate reporting and documentation
Key Requirements
To be considered, you must hold the relevant statutory qualifications for the state you wish to work in:
  • WA:  A current WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency (or a directly transferable NSW Practising Certificate).
  • SA:  Relevant Supervisor Competencies (e.g., S1, S2, S3 & G2) are required.
  • Proven experience supervising underground hard rock operations
  • Strong focus on safety, leadership, and crew development
  • Equipment operation experience (advantageous)
