- Locations across WA & SA(FIFO + interstate options available)
- Flexible rosters: 8:6, 7:7, 2:2
- Competitive pay:
- Contract: $100–$120/hr + Super
- Permanent: Up to $230k + Super
- FIFO flights covered from major cities
- Temp-to-perm or permanent opportunities
Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead underground crews including drillers, operators, and service teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations to meet production targets
- Leading pre-starts, crew coordination, and shift activities
- Maintaining safety standards, inspections, and incident management
- Training, mentoring, and assessing team members
- Collaborating with engineers and senior stakeholders
- Completing accurate reporting and documentation
To be considered, you must hold the relevant statutory qualifications for the state you wish to work in:
- WA: A current WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency (or a directly transferable NSW Practising Certificate).
- SA: Relevant Supervisor Competencies (e.g., S1, S2, S3 & G2) are required.
- Proven experience supervising underground hard rock operations
- Strong focus on safety, leadership, and crew development
- Equipment operation experience (advantageous)
