What is on Offer?
We have immediate vacancies across Western Australia and South Australia, catering to both local candidates and interstate commuters.
- Choose between lifestyle-friendly 2:2/15:13 (Even Time) or structured 8:6 rosters.
- Top Tier Earning Potential:
- Contract: Rates ranging from $100ph to $125ph + Super.
- Permanent: Salaries ranging from $190k to $230k + Super.
- For our 2:2 opportunities, flights are paid from all major capital cities. Live on the East Coast and work in WA/SA without the cost.
- Opportunities available for Temp-to-Perm transitions or straight Permanent contracts depending on your preference.
Reporting to the Underground Manager or Project Manager, you will lead underground production and development crews to achieve targets safely and efficiently. You will be working with modern fleets on high-profile hard rock projects.
Key Requirements
To be considered, you must hold the relevant statutory qualifications for the state you wish to work in:
- For Western Australia Roles:
- Must hold a current WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency; OR
- A NSW Practising Certificate (Directly transferable via Mutual Recognition).
- For South Australia Roles:
- Current QLD Mining Competencies / Supervisor tickets are accepted and highly regarded.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Underground Supervisory role (Production or Development).
- Strong background in hard rock mining methods.
- Proven ability to lead safety cultures and mentor diverse crews.
