Join Our Client as a Trade Assistant / Workshop Technician!
Are you someone with a manufacturing background and a hands-on approach? We are partnering with a growing company who are on the look out for two motivated, professional and highly skilled Trade Assistants / Workshop Technicians to join their team — a trade cert will be highly regarded but not essential.

This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills in a manufacturing environment, with plenty of room for advancement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Restructuring and organising the workshop to keep things running smoothly.
- Assembling equipment, installing insulation, painting, dismantling — you name it!
- Sorting laser-cut parts for distribution to fabricators.
- Ordering and collecting fasteners, materials, and gases.
- Preparing materials for contractors to use.
- Minor fabrication tasks (if capable)
- Assisting contractors (mechanical and electrical) in the workshop as needed.
- Ensuring contractors and staff sign in and out, and complete documentation.
- Accompanying engineers to site for maintenance or machinery operation support.
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
- A hands-on, practical person with good manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A safe operator with a forklift licence is essential.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
