The Opportunity
This is not a sit-back leadership role. You’ll be hands-on in driving performance, leading teams, and improving how service is delivered on the ground.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end service delivery across your territory, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Own financial performance including forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement
- Build strong client relationships and act as the key escalation point for service issues
- Lead and develop a team of technicians and service leaders to drive accountability and performance
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and customer outcomes
- Join a business scaling in the healthcare digital space
- High level of autonomy — you own your territory
- Work on meaningful solutions that directly impact patient care
- Collaborative, agile environment where ideas are valued
- Leadership role with clear influence over outcomes and performance
- Experience leading field service or operational teams (technology, healthcare, electrical, ICT or similar)
- Strong commercial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, margin management
- Ability to balance customer outcomes with operational efficiency
- Confident stakeholder manager across clients and internal teams
- A hands-on, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
