Territory Service Manager

Lead service delivery in a growing healthcare technology environment

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with a business transforming how healthcare operates through digital solutions. Working across a defined territory, you’ll take ownership of service delivery, team performance, and commercial outcomes — ensuring customers receive a high-quality, responsive service experience.

The Opportunity

This is not a sit-back leadership role. You’ll be hands-on in driving performance, leading teams, and improving how service is delivered on the ground.
You will:
  • Lead end-to-end service delivery across your territory, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Own financial performance including forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement
  • Build strong client relationships and act as the key escalation point for service issues
  • Lead and develop a team of technicians and service leaders to drive accountability and performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and customer outcomes

  • Experience leading field service or operational teams (technology, healthcare, electrical, ICT or similar)
  • Strong commercial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, margin management
  • Ability to balance customer outcomes with operational efficiency
  • Confident stakeholder manager across clients and internal teams
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
