As Techforce accelerates its national growth, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and build proactive pipelines that fuel organisational success.
The Opportunity
You will own the strategic talent agenda with support from the leadership team. You will drive exceptional candidate experiences from pipeline to onboarding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines aligned to workforce forecasts
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for high-volume recruiter, account management and support roles.
- Enhancing sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire and new starter retention through data-driven insights
- Ensuring professional, ethical and compliant practices across all activities
- Package of $120K plus generous performance bonusses.
You are a senior talent acquisition leader with a passion for delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments.
You will bring:
- Senior experience in talent acquisition roles (desirably in recruitment/labour hire)
- Demonstrated success recruiting professional services roles
- Proven ability to thrive and deliver in deadline-driven settings
- Strong expertise in proactive sourcing (databases, referrals, social platforms, campaigns)
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
