About the Opportunity
We're seeking experienced Field Supervisors to lead contractor crews working on NBN remediation and complex build activities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the bridge between technical field delivery and project outcomes—making sure every box is ticked for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Crew Leadership & Supervision: Coordinate and support field teams delivering complex electrical and telecommunications infrastructure work on NBN projects.
- Project & Resource Management: Manage daily activities, priorities, and resources to meet schedule, cost, and safety targets.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, safety procedures, and contractual specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Keep open communication with clients, contractors, and internal project teams—because good updates make good projects.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and progress reports within internal systems (including CMMS).
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in telecommunications (NBN experience is a must)
- Proven track record managing contractors and delivering complex or remediation works
- Strong planning, communication, and time‑management skills
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Police check and medical to be completed prior to start
- Full working rights in Australia
- NBN‑enabled qualifications or tickets
- Experience working within Unify Simplex or Complex environments
- Knowledge of WHS, environmental, and quality compliance frameworks
