About the Role:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor for upcoming projects across W.A. This role involves managing the safe and efficient demolition of structures including sheds and office buildings, working closely with site-based project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise demolition works in line with site safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors carrying out demolition activities
- Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ensure all SWMS and JHAs are adhered to
- Liaise with the onsite Project Manager and client reps to coordinate sequencing and execution
- Oversee site compliance with isolation procedures and permit-to-work systems
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope
- Proven experience supervising demolition projects in the mining, civil, or industrial sectors
- Experience working under Tier 1 client systems and permit processes (Statutory supervisory experience - S26)
- Strong understanding of high-risk activities including structural demolition, asbestos removal, and isolation procedures
- Current White Card and relevant high-risk tickets (e.g. Working at Heights, Confined Space)
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Available for IMMEDIATE START
- Demolition Supervisor qualifications (Class A or B)
- Familiarity with FIFO site-based work and remote project environments
