Techforce is partnering with a leader in healthcare technology to recruit a Junior Site Manager / Site Supervisor to support delivery across major projects.
This is a step-up opportunity for someone coming from a technical background (comms, NBN, cabling, security or electrical) who is ready to take ownership of site delivery.
The Opportunity
You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and senior leaders, taking responsibility for on-site coordination, delivery and performance.
You’ll be supported — but expected to step up.
You will:
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and installation works
- Support management of technicians and subcontractors
- Assist in delivering projects on time, safely and to standard
- Act as a key link between site teams and project managers
- Identify and resolve issues as they arise on site
- Build your capability across commercial, safety and delivery performance
This role is built for someone ready to take the next step.
You might be:
- A Telecommunications / NBN Technician
- A Security / CCTV / cabling installer
- An Electrician with comms or data experience
- A Project Coordinator wanting to get back on site
- Hands-on experience in installation environments
- Some exposure to leading small teams or coordinating work
- Strong work ethic and a get-it-done attitude
- Confidence communicating with both technical teams and clients
- Clear step up into Site Management
