About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available within the world’s leading water technology company. We are seeking a Service Technician to join a friendly, inclusive, and highly motivated Service Delivery team based in Perth.
Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace pump parts and accessories in the workshop and in the field
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the workshop
- Commission and assess variable speed drives, motors, control, and monitoring systems
- Use app and tablet-based technology for reporting and task completion
- Advise customers on system shortcomings to prevent future issues and provide suitable solutions
- Support the service manager by identifying and resolving service and warranty matters
- Sign off on electrical works conducted or supervised
- Collaborate with in-house technical specialists for complex issues
- WA Full Electrical License
- Experience with electrical/mechanical hydraulic systems, pumps, and rotating equipment
- Recognized Electrical Supervisor/Electrician qualification in WA or the ability to obtain via mutual recognition
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a similar or related field
