Techforce are partnering with a Tier 1, market-leading mining powerhouse and we're looking for experienced Underground Service Crew to join a modern, high-production gold operation at Wiluna, WA.
With a strong pipeline of work, premium rosters and a pathway to permanent employment, this is an opportunity to join a well-supported underground team where safety, teamwork and performance matter.
The Role
As part of the underground service crew, you will support production and development teams by installing and maintaining essential underground infrastructure and services while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating ITC to transport materials from laydown areas to underground
- Installing, maintaining and repairing underground services including air, water, pumps, ventilation, electrical and communications
- Installing and removing knocker lines and communication equipment
- Vent wall construction and cable bolt installation (grout, plate and tension)
- Pump management including submersible and mono pumps
- Conducting thorough pre-start inspections on mobile plant
- Maintaining explosive areas to site standards
- Supporting and mentoring new crew members

What You Bring
- Minimum 6 months underground service crew experience preferred (Green service crew candidates considered if they hold relevant trade qualifications)
- RPL, IT or Service Crew tickets from other sites highly regarded
- Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
- Full Australian working rights
- National Police Check within 6 months or ability to obtain
- DGSC
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Physically fit and capable of working in underground conditions
