As a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator you will be a part of a high performing team. You will look after a variety of blue- and white-collar roles in the mobilisation stage on behalf of our clients, managing large volumes of positions across our divisions. This will be fast paced and challenging role, requiring you to have a high attention to detail and a process driven approach. You will possess exceptional communication skills and can prioritise and multi-task effectively. This role will be based in Perth, but will be servicing National Clients across within South Australia and Queensland clients as well as Western Australia.
What you will Bring:
- Managing end to end mobilisation process for high volumes of candidates, ideally within mining and resources
- You will have prior experience in running background and VEVO checks, booking in medicals and ensuring applicants have the correct tickets and licenses
- Reviewing, screening and coordinating candidates and contractors
- Assisting coordinating flights and accommodation for candidates and contractors
- Ensuring inductions are completed and health and safety assessments are issued
- Communicating with internal staff and external clients in a professional and collaborative manner

- Solid experience in mobilisation and administration software and systems, including: Excel, Success factors, SAP, ERMS, Rapid crews, JobAdder.
