We are looking for a highly capable and commercially-minded Senior HR Advisor to join their expanding team in their modern West Perth head office.

About the Role:
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to corporate and operational leaders, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. This is a senior generalist position blending high-level HR advisory, strategic recruitment, and complex remuneration/award interpretation. You will be a key player in building the people capability that underpins the company's significant growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a senior point of escalation for all complex HR matters, providing expert advice on ER/IR, policies, and legislative compliance.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment for senior, technical, and business-critical roles.
- Providing authoritative interpretation of Modern Awards to guide decisions on classifications, rosters, penalty rates, and complex allowances.
- Partnering with the leadership team to drive key people initiatives related to talent management, performance, and organisational development.
- Leading remuneration benchmarking, supporting annual salary reviews, and ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- A minimum of 4+ years' experience in a strategic HR Generalist or Senior Advisor role, ideally from within the Civil, Construction, or Mining industries.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and Modern Awards, with proven confidence in complex award interpretation.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment for senior or hard-to-fill roles.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills, with a track record of successfully partnering with leadership.
- Excellent Remuneration: A highly competitive salary package of $130,000 - $170,000 per annum + Superannuation.
