The Opportunity: 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join one of our reputable clients located south of the river. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in supporting recruitment for trade-based mining positions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating reference checks, collecting pre-employment documentation, posting job advertisements, and building strong talent pools. We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with a salary range of $60K–$70K per annum.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates for a variety of trade-based roles, including HD Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, Servicepeople, and more
• Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, SMS, and social media platforms
• Coordinate reference checks, pre-employment documentation, and mobilisation requirements
• Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements, as well as supporting recruitment marketing efforts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records while developing strong talent pools
• Support the preparation of onboarding packs and coordinate travel and accommodation for new starters heading to site

• A confident communicator – comfortable engaging with candidates via phone, email, and in-person
• Strong administrative skills and excellent time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
• Someone who can work independently once trained – we value autonomy and trust our team to take ownership of their work
• Experience in similar role is highly desirable
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Seek and Mobilisation software is highly desirable
