Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across mining and operational roles.
- Source, screen and engage candidates while managing pipelines and interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers and support pre-employment, onboarding and recruitment administration.
- Previous Recruitment/TA experience, ideally within the mining industry.
- Hands-on SuccessFactors experience and strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple vacancies.
