What you’ll be doing
- Own and evolve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, audits and governance frameworks
- Lead business process re-engineering and transformation across systems (ERP, CRM, service platforms)
- Drive operational excellence through automation, data and cross-functional integration
- Deliver end-to-end transformation projects with measurable business outcomes
- Partner with leaders to embed quality, performance and risk ownership across the business
- Proven experience in quality, business excellence or operational transformation(8+ years)
- Strong background in ISO 9001, audits and governance frameworks
- Experience embedding processes into systems and workflows (ERP/CRM/platforms)
- Ability to lead cross-functional change and influence senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset — understands how quality drives efficiency, risk reduction and margin
