Territory Service Manager – QLD & NT
Lead a team. Own a territory. Broad commercial responsibility.

This is a senior service leadership role within a growing technology environment supporting critical infrastructure across healthcare and enterprise settings.
You’ll lead a team of technicians across a large, active territory while taking ownership of service performance, client relationships, and commercial outcomes — with the backing of an experienced leadership team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of a high-volume service environment, with the opportunity to build on your commercial capability over time.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of technicians delivering service and minor works
  • Oversee service delivery across a large portfolio of active sites/contracts
  • Take ownership of operational performance, efficiency, and service quality
  • Manage client relationships and act as a key escalation point
  • Contribute to forecasting, cost control, and overall territory performance
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts to improve service and support growth
  • Work closely with internal teams across projects, engineering and customer service
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance team leadership, operational delivery, and growing commercial exposure.

About You

You’re an experienced Service or Operations Manager who understands how to run a field-based team and is ready to take on broader responsibility.
You will bring:
  • Experience leading teams of technicians in field service, infrastructure or technical environments
  • Strong operational capability across service delivery and performance management
  • Exposure to budgets, forecasting or cost control(full P&L not essential)
  • Solid client relationship / account management experience
  • A practical understanding of technical or infrastructure environments(telecommunications, security, AV, electrical or similar)
  • A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to solve problems and drive outcomes
