We are seeking a Project Systems & Quality Coordinator to build and maintain the essential frameworks that underpin successful project delivery for a growing leader in the critical infrastructure and EPCM space.
  
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on creating robust documentation, streamlining processes, and leveraging tools like SharePoint and Power BI to drive efficiency. You will be the central point for project systems, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the templates, reports, and quality standards needed to execute with precision. Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a suite of project documentation, including technical schedules, project registers, logistics plans, and OHS/SWMS documentation.
• Provide direct systems and documentation support to project delivery teams, acting as the key point of contact for process and quality queries.
• Design and manage project collaboration sites using SharePoint to ensure seamless information flow and document control.
• Support the development and maintenance of project reporting dashboards using Power BI to provide clear, data-driven insights to leadership.
• Champion best practices in project management, ensuring systems and processes are aligned with PMBOK principles and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Translate project requirements into structured plans, tools, and reports that enhance consistency and operational excellence across the business.

• Demonstrated experience in a project coordination, quality, or systems-focused role, preferably within a construction, engineering, or EPCM environment.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting), SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience in developing and managing technical or project-related documentation.
• A solid understanding of quality management systems and standards, specifically ISO 9001.
