Our client is entering an exponential growth phase across W.A. Delivering Civil projects - Bulk & Detailed Earthworks, Dewatering and Maintenance.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of civil and bulk earthworks projects across Western Australia.
About the Role:
You will manage projects from mobilisation to completion, overseeing site teams, subcontractors, plant and commercial performance while ensuring delivery against safety, quality, program and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate engineers, supervisors, operators and subcontractors
- Manage bulk earthworks, drainage, roadworks and associated civil works
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, procurement and subcontractor performance
- Maintain strong client and Tier 1 stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with design specs, QA/QC, HSEQ and contractual requirements
- Prepare reports, look-ahead programs and manage risk registers
- 5+ years’ experience delivering civil construction bulk earthworks projects with Tier 1 W.A mining clients
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Solid technical understanding of civil methodologies and earthworks
- Diploma or higher in Project Management, Civil Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft suit - MS Project (or similar scheduling tools)
- Safety-focused, commercially aware and client-driven
