Skills and experience required

• Proven Project Management:  2-5 years of successful construction project delivery, ideally with a subcontractor.
• Qualifications:  Tertiary qualifications in construction or project management.
• Technical Skills:  Strong ability to read technical drawings, secure approvals, and ensure building code compliance.
• Leadership:  Experience leading diverse teams on complex projects and juggling multiple deadlines with ease.

• Up to $60 per month phone allowance.
