to join their team on a temp basis.
In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the seamless execution of projects by managing schedules, resources, communication, and documentation. Collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to track progress, identify risks, and help deliver projects on time and within budget.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet deadlines and budgets
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
- Track project progress, flag risks, and suggest solutions
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Support resource allocation and workload management
- Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards
- Handle invoicing and other admin tasks as needed
- 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or admin roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritise efficiently
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Construction experience is a bonus!
