Production Supervisor

Are you a hands-on Production Supervisor who knows what it takes to hit targets in a fast-paced gold mining environment? Do you thrive on leading a crew from the front, driving a strong safety culture, and making a real impact on site performance?

What You Will Do:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a production crew in a busy open-pit gold mining operation.
• Drive daily production targets, ensuring your team is operating safely, efficiently, and to the mine plan.
• Be the leader on the ground, running pre-starts, toolbox talks, and fostering a strong, positive safety culture.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to maximize equipment availability and operational performance.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with site standards and mining regulations.

Who We're Looking For:

• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor- Load and haul in an open-pit mining environment.
• Your experience is in production mining, with a strong understanding of load and haul operations.
• Gold mining experience is highly desirable
• You are a natural leader who can motivate a crew, manage performance, and lead by example.
• You have a genuine, non-negotiable commitment to safety in everything you do.
