What You Will Do:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a production crew in a busy open-pit gold mining operation.
• Drive daily production targets, ensuring your team is operating safely, efficiently, and to the mine plan.
• Be the leader on the ground, running pre-starts, toolbox talks, and fostering a strong, positive safety culture.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to maximize equipment availability and operational performance.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with site standards and mining regulations.

• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Leading Hand in an open-pit mining environment.
• Your experience is in production mining, with a strong understanding of load and haul operations.
• Gold mining experience is highly desirable, and experience working in the Northern Territory would be a major advantage.
• You are a natural leader who can motivate a crew, manage performance, and lead by example.
• You have a genuine, non-negotiable commitment to safety in everything you do.

• A stable, even-time 2/2 roster, offering a great work-life balance.
• A competitive rate of $75/hr + Super.
• This is a long-term opportunity on a major gold project.
• FIFO is offered from Darwin, with Katherine or Alice Springs also considered as departure points.
