Techforce Mining  is urgently seeking  experienced Production Operators  for a long-term  DIDO  role just 200km south of Perth. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on a  family-friendly 4/4 roster  while earning top-tier FIFO-level rates — all without leaving the Southwest on a Full-Time Max Term Contract!

The Opportunity

• $61 per hour full-time | 12-hour shifts + 38 hours super paid per week.
• 4 days on / 4 days off DIDO roster
• Long-term, ongoing project
• Site located near  Collie, WA  – locals  strongly encouraged to apply!
• Operate  785+ Dump Trucks,  D10/D11 Dozers,  14M+ Graders, and  300T Excavators
• Best pay in mining  for the region

•  Minimum  6 months experience  in production operating (trucks, dozers, graders, loaders, or excavators)
• Current driver’s licence
• Police clearance  or willing to obtain
• Available for an  ASAP start
• Strong safety mindset  and great attitude

• Must pass a  pre-employment medical,  drug & alcohol screen, and  chest x-ray
• Be able to provide  2 recent references
• Strong desire to learn, improve, and grow within the role
