What You’re Walking Into
- 2:1 roster FIFO from Perth
- 12–12.5 hour days – every hour paid
- Up to $70/hr depending on experience
- Ongoing work, not just a few swings
- Permanent roles on offer after 3 months
- Decent camps, good food.
We need operators who can actually handle production, not just say they can:
- Dozers – D10 & D11
- Graders – 16M / 16H
- Dump Trucks - 777 and up
- Excavators – 150T+ (PC1250 and up)
- Loaders – WA900, CAT 992
- 2+ years production mining experience
- Driver’s licence
- Police clearance
- Able to pass medical and D&A – no issues
- You get looked after on site
- Crews that pull their weight
- Consistent swings and proper hours
- Chance to lock in a permanent role
