6-Month Contract |  Hybrid – North Sydney & Parramatta

Are you an experienced HRIS professional with deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a large, complex organisation where you'll take ownership of critical People Systems while playing a key role in a major HR transformation program.

This six-month contract offers the opportunity to work on both business-as-usual operations and the rollout of SuccessFactors Employee Central, with strong potential for extension or permanency.

About the Role
As the People Systems & Analytics Manager, you'll provide functional leadership across the organisation's HR technology landscape, ensuring systems remain stable, compliant, and aligned with business needs. You'll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and key stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, resolve complex issues and support enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimise SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and related modules
  • Support the deployment of Employee Central as part of a major transformation program
  • Manage system enhancements, upgrades and quarterly SAP releases
  • Ensure data integrity, governance and payroll compliance
  • Provide senior-level functional support for complex HRIS issues
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation and user experience initiatives
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and external vendors to deliver sustainable system solutions.
About You

To be successful, you'll bring:
  • Extensive enterprise HRIS experience within a large, complex organisation
  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise (essential)
  • Proven ability to solve complex system and payroll-impacting issues
  • Experience managing change, releases, testing and governance processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across HR, Payroll, IT and vendor partners
  • A proactive, analytical approach with a passion for improving systems and processes.
