As Techforce continues its national growth trajectory, we are seeking an experienced National Business Development Manager to lead our sales and growth agenda and build long-term, strategic client relationships across Australia.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and senior leadership team, this role will take operational ownership of national sales and growth activities and play a key role in shaping Techforce’s commercial strategy.
About You
You are a senior commercial leader with a proven track record of driving growth in labour hire or recruitment environments.
You will bring:
- 5+ Years experience in labour hire or recruitment in a similar role
- Extensive experience in senior sales, business development or growth leadership roles with national or multi-region scope
- Demonstrated success winning and growing complex client relationships
- Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margins and contract structuring
- Advanced relationship management and negotiation skills, including senior stakeholder engagement
- Strong data-driven approach to pipeline management and decision-making
- A willingness to regularly travel for work
