The Opportunity:
Techforce are seeking experienced excavator/ digger operators for ongoing production mining operations at Mount Carlton Mine in the Bowen Basin, QLD.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be operating excavators in a hard rock mining environment. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work on a well-established mine site, with modern facilities. Operators with hard rock experience are highly regarded, however coal operators may also be considered.

What's in it for you?
- 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster
- 12-hour shifts
- DIDO or BIBO from Townsville

- Work at a well-resourced site with new facilities and strong support systems
- Minimum 2 years' production mining experience preferred
- Experience operating diggers on a mine site- REQUIRED
- Hard rock mining experience highly recommended
- Valid Standard 11 (S11) and relevant site competencies
- Clean NPC within the last 6 months
- Strong safety focus and ability to work within a team environment
- Coal operators may be considered
- Must have a strong safety attitude and willingness to follow site procedures
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Must provide two recent, contactable references
- Current valid driver's license
- Must be available for immediate mobilization
