The Opportunity: 
We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in the BHP space, who will be reporting directly to the Mobilisation Manager.
This role is based near Perth Airport, just outside the city, and is a Monday to Friday position. You'll be joining a supportive team, offered a competitive rate, and will need to be available for an immediate start.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation for site-based personnel, ensuring all requirements are met prior to deployment
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external providers to manage mobilisation timelines
  • Book and manage travel, accommodation, and site access as required
  • Maintain accurate records of mobilisation progress using internal systems and databases
  • Ensure all compliance documentation (e.g. medicals, inductions, tickets) is up to date and submitted on time
  • Monitor and track candidate onboarding to ensure smooth and timely mobilisation
  • Support the Mobilisation Manager with daily administrative tasks and reporting
  • Communicate clearly with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the mobilisation process
  • Troubleshoot any last-minute changes or issues related to travel, documentation, or onboarding

About You:
  • Proven experience in mobilisation, preferably within the mining/resources sector
  • Demonstrated experience working with BHP and other Tier 1 companies
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive team environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across departments and stakeholders
  • Confident working independently, with good judgment on when to seek support or escalate issues
