• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (mining, oil & gas, or engineering)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Trade qualification or engineering background (highly regarded)
• Commitment to safety and quality
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for team success
• A current statutory appointment (WHS Mines Regulations / S26 duties or a previous Section 44) is required for consideration on our mining projects.
