- Lead a team of multi-skilled trades personnel in a safe, productive, and cost effective manner
- Oversee day to day workshop operations and workflow
- Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance
- Mentor apprentices and set a strong example for workshop standards and behaviour
- Carry out rebuilds, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of heavy mining equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair large earthmoving machinery and associated equipment
- Problem solve effectively while managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Valid working rights (VEVO check, Birth Certificate, or Passport)
- Two satisfactory reference checks
- Current Driver’s Licence (minimum C Class – no provisional or extraordinary licences accepted)
- Trade Certificate relevant to the role
- Must provide a clear colour copy (front and back) of Driver’s Licence
