About the role
The overall purpose of the Installation Leading Hand is to plan, coordinate and supervise to ensure safe and efficient installation of Precast elements

• Safety and compliance responsibilities include: ensuring a safe work site, team members sign on to SWMS for job site/project and follow SWMS and SOP for all activities.
• Ensure staff inducted and trained for the job.
• Ensure appropriate equipment for job, including Site/job plans.
• Attend and contribute to toolbox meetings.
• Oversee the set up and preparation of site.

• At least 3 years experience installing precast panels and other precast elements.
• Experience collaborating with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Have strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of compliance with Work Health and Safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans to guide installation processes.
• Experience managing project timelines effectively.

• High Risk Work Licence - Intermediate Rigger (RI) with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Class C Driver’s License (HR preferred).
• High Risk Work Licence - Work Platform (WP).
• Construction Industry Induction (White Card).
