About the Role: Installation Leading Hand 
Take the lead in ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless installation of precast elements. Your skills will keep projects on track and teams performing at their best!

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise precast installation activities
• Uphold safety and compliance, ensuring all team members follow SWMS and SOPs
• Induct and train staff, setting the standard for safety and quality
• Ensure the right equipment and site preparations are in place
• Lead toolbox meetings and oversee site setup and readiness
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders for smooth project progress

• 3+ years installing precast panels and elements
• Proven team collaboration and communication skills
• Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Effective management of project timelines

• High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate Rigger (RI) (3+ years experience)
• Class C Driver’s License (HR preferred)
• High Risk Work Licence – Work Platform (WP)
• Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
