The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a qualified HVAC Air Conditioning Refrigeration Technician. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in the HVAC industry, offering autonomous work with strong support from management and administration teams.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with:
- Service and maintain industrial, commercial, and residential air conditioning systems
- Service and maintain commercial refrigeration units
- Perform fault finding, breakdowns, and repair works
- Install commercial and residential air conditioning systems
- Comply with workplace health and safety standards
- Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster
- Liaise effectively with clients and coworkers
- Identify additional service work and system upgrades
- Complete detailed service and maintenance reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management
- Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Minimum 2 years post-apprenticeship experience (Preferred)
- Current QLD Driver's License
- QBCC License
- ARC tick Refrigerant Handling License
- Restricted Electrical Workers License
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Australian permanent residency
- 9-day fortnight with regular overtime opportunities
- Salary Range: $100,000 to $110,000
- Fully maintained company vehicle
