We are seeking a proactive and engaging Health & Safety Advisor to join their team on a permanent 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure your future with a values-driven organisation where safety is paramount and your contribution genuinely matters.
About the Role:
- Championing and implementing HSE Management Systems across various project sites.
- Leading incident investigations (ICAM/TapRoot) and ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented and closed out.
- Driving a proactive, positive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and visible leadership on site.
- Conducting site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and improve controls.
- Providing practical HSEQ support and advice to site leadership and project teams.
- 3–5 years of proven HSEQ experience in civil construction and/or process mining environments.
- A tertiary or vocational qualification in Work Health Safety & Environment (e.g., Cert IV, Diploma) is essential.
- A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or you are currently working towards or willing to obtain it).
- Current First Aid & CPR certifications.
- Formal training in ICAM or TapRoot investigation methodologies is highly desirable.
- The ability to commence a new role no later than the first week of January 2025.
