Techforce have multiple positions available for HD Tyre Fitters with either heavy road train or heavy mobile plant experience on 8/6 & 2/1 rosters paying around $65ph depending on experience. Awesome opportunity to join a Tier 1 Mining Contractor giant who is well respected throughout the Australian Mining Industry.
What you'll be Doing:
- Tyre fitting, repairs and change-outs on either: multi-combination road trains (Mack, Kenwick, Volvo) OR heavy mobile plant (Dump Trucks, Loaders, Dozers, Graders) - you choose!
- Conducting tyre inspections, pressure management and wear analysis
- Breakdown response and field service work as required
- Maintaining service records and reporting defects
- Operating tyre handlers, cranes and specialised tooling
- Inspecting rims, studs and assemblies for defects and damage
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and emergency tyre repairs
- Adhering to strict mine site safety procedures and JHAs

- FIFO from Perth Airport- Eastern State workers welcome but will pay for own flights to & from Perth (Flight assistance available after 6 months)
- Roles available in the Pilbara & Goldfields Regions of Western Australia

What you Need:
- Mine site experience essential
- Experience with heavy mobile OTR or road transport/trailers and equipment
- Cert II Tyre Fitting Certificate (or equivalent)
- Rio Tinto inducted- Lockholders & Essentials for Site Cards - preferred but not essential
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence (HR preferred but not essential)
- Full Unlimited Australian Working Rights
- Able to pass a Lab Drug & Alcohol Screen & a Pre-Employment Medical
- National Police Clearance within 3 months
