A leading metallurgical coal operation in Central Queensland's Bowen Basin is seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter to join their maintenance team. This is a genuine opportunity to work on modern mobile fleet in a stable, long-term operation with a strong safety culture.

- Experience maintaining and repairing heavy mobile plant in an open cut mining environment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across major componentry
- Current QLD driver's licence (HR/HC highly regarded)
- Ability to hold a Coal Board Medical
- Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
- Scheduled and breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile fleet
- Component change-outs and major repairs
- Diagnostic fault finding using OEM diagnostic tools
- Working to strict safety and compliance standards
- Accurate completion of maintenance records and job cards
