The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Dump Truck, Dozer, and Excavator Operators to join long-term open pit gold projects across the Goldfields and Mid-West regions of WA.
You’ll be working within a high-performing production team, operating a modern fleet on multi-year projects with strong job stability.

- Operate Komatsu PC2000 & PC1250 Excavators
- Production digging in open pit gold environments
- Tasks include drop cuts, double benching, and drill pad preparation
- Operate CAT D9 & D10 Dozers
- Support production works including clean-ups, push work, and tip head management
- Operate Komatsu 785-7, HD1500-8 & CAT 777 trucks
- Support load and haul operations in production mining environments
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently in a production environment
- Conduct pre-starts, inspections, and hazard identification
- Follow site procedures and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with crews and supervisors
- Minimum 12+ months production mining experience(open cut preferred)
- Experience on CAT and/or Komatsu equipment
- Strong ability in high-volume production environments
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
- Current National Police Clearance
- Full Australian working rights
- GPS experience ( Trimble)
- Experience backing under 120–200T excavators
- Watercart or grader experience
