As Techforce continues its national growth trajectory, we are seeking the right person to take on the General Manager (SA) role to lead our South Australian operations, drive commercial performance and ensure operational excellence across the State.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the other State General Managers, this role is accountable for the overall performance of Techforce’s SA operations, including financial results, operational delivery, client management, and team leadership.
You will act as the senior representative for Techforce in the State, building and maintaining long-term client relationships while driving growth and operational excellence.
Initially this role will be for a billing General Manager but billing responsibilities will scale back with further growth.
About You
You are a senior commercial leader with a proven track record in labour hire or recruitment solutions, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing full P&L responsibility.
You will bring:
- Extensive senior leadership experience within labour hire or recruitment agencies
- Proven success in managing multi-disciplinary teams and achieving financial targets
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior client relationships
- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and engage high-performing teams
