As Techforce continues its national growth trajectory, we are seeking an experienced General Manager (QLD) to lead our Queensland operations, drive commercial performance, and ensure operational excellence across the State.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, this role is accountable for the overall performance of Techforce’s QLD operations, including financial results, operational delivery, client management, and team leadership.
You will act as the senior representative for Techforce in the State, building and maintaining long-term client relationships while driving growth and operational excellence.
About You
You are a senior commercial leader with a proven track record in labour hire or recruitment solutions, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing full P&L responsibility.
You will bring:
- Extensive senior leadership experience within labour hire or recruitment agencies
- Proven success in managing multi-disciplinary teams and achieving financial targets
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior client relationships
- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and engage high-performing teams
