What You'll Do:
- Build, lead, and mentor a new electrical construction team from the ground up.
- Assume full P&L responsibility for the division, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the division, identifying key markets and project opportunities.
- Oversee all operational aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and accountability.
- Proven senior leadership experience within the electrical construction sector.
- A demonstrable track record of successfully building and scaling teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in full P&L management.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
