About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Filler Operator to join our fast-paced production team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for operating filling machines to ensure accurate and efficient filling of products to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling machinery in accordance with safety and quality guidelines
• Set up, adjust, and clean machinery as required
• Conduct quality checks on filled products (e.g. weight, seal integrity, appearance)
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to reduce downtime
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments

• Previous experience as a Filler Operator or in a similar role within manufacturing or FMCG preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow strict health & safety and quality procedures
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and lifting as required
• Willing to work [day/afternoon/night] shifts, including weekends if require
