- Safe, efficient operation of large excavator equipment
- Completing pre-start inspections and reporting defects
- Following mine plans, traffic management and safety procedures
- Working closely with production crews to keep the mine moving
- Maintaining a clean, safe and productive work area
- Minimum 18 months' production mining experience operating Excavators.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Demonstrated skill operating a wide range of Production Mining Equipment from leading brands such as Hitachi, CAT, Komatsu, or Liebherr.
- Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass Techforce compliance and registration requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Reliable attitude with a great work ethic
