Techforce Personnel has partnered with a Tier 1 heavyweight in the underground mining industry and is seeking experienced Long Hole Drillers and Cable Bolters for long-term FIFO opportunities across multiple WA and SA operations.
You'll be joining established underground sites with strong safety cultures, experienced crews and consistent work—offering more than just another short-term contract.

Depending on your experience, you'll be working in one of the following positions:
Long Hole Drillers
- Operating Sandvik DL421i and similar long hole drill rigs
- Completing downhole production drilling
- Maintaining drilling accuracy and production targets
- Conducting pre-starts and routine equipment maintenance
- Operating Sandvik DS421 Cable Bolters and similar equipment
- Installing, grouting and tensioning cable bolts
- Reading and interpreting ground support plans
- Working closely with Jumbo and Service Crew teams
- Maintaining production targets while adhering to site safety standards
- Previous underground experience as either a Long Hole Driller or Cable Bolter
- Experience operating Sandvik DL421i, DS421 or similar equipment
- Strong understanding of underground production or ground support activities
- Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screen
