This is a great opportunity for Brisbane-based operators looking to secure well-paid FIFO work in WA’s mining sector.
The Roles Operators will work in large open pit mining operations, hauling material from the pit to the crusher in a production environment.
You will be operating equipment such as:
- Komatsu 785 dump trucks
- CAT 785 dump trucks
Roster & Pay
- 2:1 FIFO roster
- 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
- $55–$60 per hour
- Potential temp-to-permanent opportunities
FIFO flights depart Perth, with different mobilisation days depending on site.
Brisbane-based candidates are encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will need to arrange their own travel to Perth for mobilisation, after which site flights will be provided.
Camp accommodation and meals are supplied while on site.
Requirements To be considered, you must have:
- Experience operating CAT or Komatsu 785 dump trucks (or similar size trucks)
- Previous open pit production mining experience
- Ability to pass full medical and drug & alcohol testing
- Clean National Police Clearance
- Current driver’s licence
- Competitive $55–$60 hourly rates
- Consistent 2:1 FIFO roster
