- Safe, efficient operation of large excavator equipment
- Loading haul trucks safely and efficiently to meet production targets
- Completing pre-start inspections and reporting defects
- Following mine plans, traffic management and safety procedures
- Working closely with production crews to keep the mine moving
- Maintaining a clean, safe and productive work area
- Minimum 18 months' production mining experience on large excavators
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Reliable attitude with a solid work ethic
- Ability to provide previous contactable employment references
